GM, discount brokers

I believe my account is different from eSchwab. It
is a regular brokerage account, but if I do my
transactions online, I get 20% off the regular fee.

I don't know how the fee structures compare. Anyway,
another bonus is that I was able to get started with
a small minimum ('cuz I such a small-time guy). Some
of these places want $10k and that's too big for me.
As my money accumulates, I may move my accounts elsewhere.

Even that is in doubt however, as I have an old-fashioned
loyalty to those that help me out. I figure that because
Schwab helped me get over the minimum (I even got to pay
it in stages), then as long as they don't screw up, as
long as I get good net access and great customer service
when I need it, then I have no reason to switch.

The extra money, I'm hoping, will be a pittance in
comparison to my future gains.
