I often browse this board but cannot keep up with every post.

For the uninitiated among us, could you explain this post? Will Zeev no longer post here? Where has he gone? What is the URL? Is there a fee to lurk there, or only to post? Is it true that Silicon Investor in total will close their site and all of the SI message boards will disappear? What is going on? Help!
