Neat WSJ article. I feel sorry for the guy, of course, but he should have stuck to cutting hair and given his money to a professional money manager. It takes a ton of hard work and aptitude to be down 30% since 1991 - of course many, many individual traders share this aptitude. Just as well, really. If the nation's barbers all retired to the beach simultaneously, where would I get a haircut?
