Or E could still "miss" numbers...how much below whisper is a company required to "pre-announce" in order to not jar the sensitivities of the momo players? Or,here's a thought, perhaps E was too busy confessing in their July 8th filings on some accounting matter and the shareholder just hasn't been able to read said Harvey Pitt demanded July 8th declarations???? After all the Market has only been open about 90 minutes and today is just the morning of the 9th... g_t
