Wow, it's nice to see a bit of stock talk here. Swami, my thinking is that oil and alternative fuel stocks will come back into the limelight shortly. Energy should be a reasonable place to stick some money into in the near term. I also believe in there being a brief summer rally particularly for some of the beaten down techies, but 3rd and 4th qtr. outlooks to come soon during this reporting period should squash any major gains. As far as real estate and construction stocks go, I think there is going to be a real glut in this particular market and that the highs have already been reached. Been waiting patiently for the last few years for the real estate market to get hit hard and am thinking it's a mere few months away. June new home sales/builds saw the first significant drop in a while FWIW. Like you, I enjoy the day trade, but have been doing very little of it lately. If this thread were to get back up and running as it once was, it would be a definite encouragement to get back into the game - that and I'm waiting for a nice cheque from the gov't for 01 tax return.
