You guys have been talking about MSFT going down for some time now.
Market cap implies how the investors look at the stock - is that not obvious. Investors speak with their pocketbooks. They won't afford the highest marketcap to a stock that they don't like. It is possible that they could be wrong - however, the market cap and charts are a direct reflection of what investors think about the stock.

Ok, I looked at the charts again - it is now neutral. However, all I see from May is higher lows and marginal new highs. How can that be bad for the stock. Sure - the failure at 56 has been bad - however every time it is rejected it falls a little less - that suggests to me that this time if it hits 56, it might have a chance of busting out.
