(NASDAQ:COHU - News) today announced that its Delta Design unit has been selected by Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) as the primary supplier of pick-and-place handling equipment for their worldwide final test operations.
"Delta Design's pick-and-place product line meets all the requirements that we are faced with in today's challenging environment," said Kingsley Wong, Texas Instruments Director of World Wide Assembly/Test Operations Support. Donahue, President and CEO, Cohu, Inc. "We have worked successfully with TI for many years and look forward to expanding our partnership as we continue to provide highly productive solutions that address emerging packaging technologies and enable TI to lower its cost of test."
