I'll tell you one thing that I did not mention that has me a little concerned... IDPH stated that CE9.1 phase III was halted but, not completely abandoned. Could the market be waiting for the other shoe to drop? That is to say that perhaps the market is waiting for an additional piece of negative news since the question was left somewhat open. BENNETT
