Another TWIMC. I've been trying to come up with any kind of positive scenario that would result in all the B.S. we all have been swimming (drowning) in. The only thing that I could come with that hasn't already been hashed over and over and... is as follows: Doc, P.E., and cohorts have really good news on the drilling results and have decided they are not quite ready to share the largess. Dumping as much stock as needed to beat the price to as near zero as possible and with the mandatory exchange notices not distributed completely, makes it possible for one or more to buy everything and take the company private. After a suitable period for more drilling, news of success after unbelievable success of the emsounder "forces" them to do a new IPO at maybe $20/share and they are able to sell 20% of the 50 or 100 million shares they have and then dribble a good portion of the balance and their gang become billionaires while making a few outsiders very happy millionaires. I just made this up out of whole cloth and have no basis for anything except my own imagination (paranoia?). Is anything like this even remotely possible, or legal? If so, any possible remedies or preventative measures available? Any comments, alternate scenario's, or baloon busting are solicited and eagerly awaited. Chas
