Nice find, somewhat buried in an SEC filing.

Don't know what Newmont wants with a declining silver mine in Nevada,
but it helps ECO get it off the books and avoid future costs.

Makes the new KGC/ECO/TVX an insignificant silver producer without McCoy/Cove
