no, not really. sort of like Buffett and Level 3, it was big absolute $ but small relative to what they manage.

maybe they're in the CDO market (which i would doubt, since those guys are good credit analysts and you can't do credit analysis on blind pools) so the WCOM fall-out is hurting them there.

Bill Gross has gotten a little full of himself recently (while his monthly notes are still the most informative thing i read, all the little personal anecdotes are a little much). Everybody gets their turn in the barrel (even Buffett did for a couple of years there); maybe it's his turn. After all, pride commeth before the fall. (something i should remind MYself of occassionally)
