I guess you were off doing your house thing when this all started. I talked quite a bit about ceremonial deism on SMBR when it first happened. I have no problem with ceremonial deism. I think the whole thing would go away if Bush just made a speech and said that's all it is. I was told that would be political suicide for him. It's either ceremonial deism, which is fine, or it's not, which isn't. We can clear that up pretty easily, seems to me.
