In Anthony's defense: You all raise good points...However OJ was found innocent i remind you. So the comparison here is a moot point. What evidence is there to support this case? In fact someone please outline for me what is the Governements case...it seems to be spreading in about 1000 different directions everyday. Is this about terrorism now or the 1 Ex-FBI and 1 current FBI agent hired to do background checks. Do you really think TONY would be so stupid as to tell these two knuckleheads "go into the FBI and look into the FBi's database" If so you'll have one helluva case trying to pin that one Johnson. And Second, going back to the OJ card.... the government did not have the right to seize his assets at anytime as some here postuluated,,,if you recall that's how he paid for his defense (the dream team)...Later on it was the plantiffs that sued him in civil court (which i have a problem with because he was ruled not guilty) but in fact received a judgement against him. I would venture to say If it were not on TV for all eyes to see,,,, believe you me he would have been found guilty in no-less than a week. Third, Tony does not have unlimited resources against the weight of the United States Federal government who are trumping up charges to break this guy (Perhaps he had prior-knowledge of Sept 11 and he didn't stop it -Prosecutor) I don't believe even AZT freakazoids believe that one. I do know that he was an arrogant little prick who rustled feathers with Statements to the effect "Tony 3 NASD 0" A reference to his ongoing battle with regulators. This Upset many. As Mary stated..."if you wanna give than give if you don't then don't" And when Tony's found innocent which he will be because these charges are SO flimsy IMO. the only one that gives me a problem are the weapons charges revealed during the RAID...ER search of the home with a warrant. (However never found on his person) Lastly, Give to The "homeless children" Vs. Elgindy argument: That appears to be a lame one lol! SINCE WHEN DID ANY OF YOU come to this thread or any other on SI for that matter to make a plea for a "homeless childrens" fund until now.. please post the link. I'll be waiting... -MoneyMade Talent on loan from God!
