Is she talking about fraudulent land deals, illegal commodity trades, FBI files, trading pardons for votes, slandering fired Travel Office employees or losing records under subpoena? Maybe she is talking about selling tech for campaign cash or her buddy McCauliffe's Global Crossing deal. She is certainly not talking about her husband, after all he had the "most ethical administration in history".
