Israelis have a difficult choice to make. Which is more important? A legitimate democracy or a strictly Jewish state?

If Israelis choose a true democracy then legal discrimination against Israeli Arabs is not an option. On the other hand, if Israelis choose a strictly Jewish state then they shouldn't pretend Israel is a truly democratic state.
