The way that I interpret p/c based data is based on local differences: I look at how it reacted in the recent past at the same price. What I am looking for is not absolute values, but divergences. For example, if we were to test a low but set a higher value for VIX, then I would count that as a "local bullish divergence".

Fed model is ridiculous.

BTW, I don't use indicators, except to note, again, divergences.
