The issue...still at hand: How can Elgindy pay his bills, keep his home out of foreclosure, support his family with assets frozen,be Denied bail. (unless some ridiculous measure by the court is met masquerading to take another pound of flesh)

And if he complied,,,Then he would really be screwed because everything he owned WOULD CERTAINLY belong to the govt. let's be honest...all BECAUSE a prosecutor tells a judge..."you know judge it is no coincidence this guy tried to liquidate his assets because i venture a premise that he had "perhaps" some foreknowlege of the events of Sept.11th, tried to profit, and did nothing about it"
