Sure looks like the makings of a potential rally to me. We closed above 1380, very important level. We have retraced 61.8% on the comp from the pivot low on 7/3. We have options expiration coming up next week and there is a cycle turn date tomorrow. I think it is pretty risky being fully loaded in puts or in shorts.

I closed half of my puts on the close and will see how the morning opens.
