cjac, Whatever happens the only scenario that is good for us is they have some partial or really great success with the first two wells. All we know on that now is rumor. All the alledged FACTS being spewed forth on the thread right now are just hear/say and rumor. We really know nothing more than was stated in the last press release. I think it's bad enough without the rumor/hearsay/ and bad blood on the thread making it sound worse. My scenario is this. They were successful and are still positioning themselves (and their friends) to be even more successful and also bloody rich. And getting ready for more drilling. Or they were only partially successful (or not at all) and are trying to get ready for more drilling by raising capital. We were never able to find out for sure if UPR was in danger of losing mineral rights to the land that NEA was/is going to drill on. The suits in Colorodo are going on now. If they were it could explain some of the confusing statements "alledgedly" being made, and the "Colorodo land ownwer" statement in the press release. Because it costs so little at this point to wait and see I am going to. Although I have no plans of buying more shares, I wonder who bought 100,000 shares yesterday. And with 440,000 shares in volume more had to be real buys. The price slide continues which is not good. But SOROS said he just sold on Monday/Tuesday and he had a very large position which took several days to unload. Did that pressure cause the decline, will it come back up or continue at this level or what? Time will tell. Bob PS I'm going to work so I won't be here for the bashing I'll get for still being hopeful, but after all it's my money.
