CNBC Art Cashin has been right on, voice of reason
his latest quote, as close as I recall just now:

"today's stock market is like watching a big thunder storm with the children crying, looking for a place to hide, but as they turn to their parents for guidance, the parents are seen arguing"

he said he still sees no signs of the bear market ending
volume is insufficient
a wide cross section of the public remains invested
