Right up until the last 9 months, it definitely WAS. It was called the "Reagan Bull Market", if you'll recall, named after the president who's economic vision created it. The "Clinton Bear Market", that we are seeing-hopefully-the last of now, was the creation of William the Bastard, who lied to get elected and then raised taxes, creating a massive deflation and, ultimately, the bear market that has done so much damage to our nation.

Would that were the WORST thing William the Bastard ever did, but it's not...
