Hey, Good luck Frank. As you might figure, I am all cash, reading, dancing, and spending my time on the Beach. Took my Moped west along the shore to the end of Oahu a few days ago. Beautiful trip. When I hit the beaches at the far end, it was "tent city." Seems the locals put up a tent, run up an Hawaiian Flag, and camp out until the Police run them off, which is about once a year. Can't beat the rent!
