On one hand you could have a dangerous fool running the show and inflicting great damage, on the other hand you could have an oblivious bumbling idiot running the show and doing little irreparable damage. I'll take the bumbling idiot over a dangerous fool anyday. Market recovers in 2004, when Shrub hits the door.
