I don't understand why there are so many prognostications of this tech stock bubble, its demise or whatever, when not much was said about the real estate crash of the early 90s or the art market bubble and resulting crash of the 80s etc. We might be in a real estate bubble right now everywhere but SV. Whats the big deal? I think a lot of financial commentators are now out of work and are going to have to find something else to do just like all the real estate owner/builders had to move onto something else in 91.
