Posters over at Yahoo have taken to linking resellers of INSP products, mostly Authorize.net resellers. Here is one of the latest examples. Gast. In another article I read today in the WSJ it talked of the break even dollars PayPal needs, everything after that falls straight to the bottom line. This model seems to be working well enough and I believe INSP's business model will show the same pattern as it matures. SGA costs should be coming down. I think we have already seen the benefit of this business model in that INSP's gross profit margins increased from q4 01 to q1 02.
