Hi Mad2, Seen this yet??? Message 17713408 Ugh... I haven't made an equity buy in about 2 years now, I think... I see no need to rush out any time soon and buy something. I still believe that cash is king, at least for now. If valuations plunge 50% or more, then maybe I'll take a quick look at what's for sale. Otherwise, I'm neither a buyer nor a shorter (only because I consider shorting to be too risky for my tastes). KJC
