Yeah, and I think its kind of sad. I watched Bush's speech, I thought it was fine. Its obvious to me he is walking a tightrope, trying NOT to spook the markets, but making it clear Corporate GREED (Crime) is not going to pay anymore. As to Pitt, give the man a chance. So far he is saying the right things, lets see what he does. So far as SEC, Bush's plan makes sense to me. MONEY alone wont cure the problem, takes TIME to hire and train the right people. I have had LOTS of experience with the SEC in my life (I was a specialist in SEC MATTERS) and I can tell you in the past they had a lot of UNTRAINED people. Bodies mean nothing ITS BRAINS that count. Right now, I am of the opinion that all the REGULATORY boards in the WORLD would mean NOTHING if we dont see these CROOKS get some SERIOUS JAIL TIME. Thats the ONLY thing they understand. Bush seems to see it that way also. JDN
