I think the management owes us an explanation of what is going on. We have an announced PP at an announced price. I believe that the money has not come through - or if there is something else - I would sure like to know.

If the PP has to be repriced I think there should be a serious explanation of why. I would also think that anyone who failed in a commitment at the prior price should not be allowed to participate in a lower price. If that were to happen one could wonder what the game was.

Whatever is going on or whatever the game is, we shareholders have taken a bit of a beating. No one should be allowed to profit from this beating.

Any others comments, corrections, interpretations or whatever are welcome.

Cone on management - give us an update!
