Hi Eugene,
I am the mob and i like to hear that. Besides being "clean" down the road--actually we are clean now because who would dare break the law now-- we are also in a period of increased supply of money, increase pressure being put on the banks by the FED(i hope) to actually loan that money out, another decade of very postive demographics. Ultimately this should overcome the bear. The big danger i see is what excessive money might do long term, and what happens after the boomers start to retire in droves. This may prevent the higher end of valuations. Maybe this downturn will force us boomers to work forever. Given my sex life during this debacle of a market, that might not be such a bad idea. We always have Gottfrieds boat to go to now that his wife is working too<g>. mb
