Seems strange to me Bearcat.First the company announces a PP at a certain level.Then they announce an oversubscription. Then they mention a 2.43 million subscription is what finally closed.It appears someone wanted in on the PP but then didn't pony up their money for whatever reason.That is how I read that latest news release. Regardless, the new management should be accountable for their actions or lack thereof and people should be making the calls to the new president to express their concerns and or dissatisfaction with the activity.
