I am expecting a Dow bounce now. Still, it just printed a new marginal low, so that notion is being tested.

The window to an ugly decline is wide open this morning. I know I have been saying that for 3 or 4 weeks now, but it's what I see.

We could have turned out of yesterday's low and kept a decent scenario intact for a wiggle bounce, but we didn't do that and now we are on f*cking thin ice. Those who read this backwater with any regularity know that it is never decline that makes me think we will fall further -- only a clown thinks that way -- it is the structure I am looking at. When the Voodoo Box starts to beep and buzz, I pay attention.

Anyway, the bounce that I see coming in the Dow would only bring it back to 9100-9135 -- it's the wave 'iv' I showed on the chart. (Is that chart not clear? Tell me if it is not.)

Tech is in down-sloping jello, a slight wedge. It *should* break to the upside as TA tells us and as they usually do. If it does not, you want to get short. Period.
