Another question about bank trust departments...
IF, and IF things really get crazy, would a bank trust department hold your physical gold and therefore not be subject to conversion (re: confiscation) if the government decides to do what FDR did...about making it illegal to hold the physical stuff?? IOW, an agent from the IRS would not have to be present for you to access it as was back then with the safety deposit boxes??
