Golf/Sienna Broadcasting Amends LEC Gratuity Share Plan; Stock Ownership Determination Date Reset to July 22

SPRINGDALE, Ark., July 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Golf Entertainment, Inc. dba Sienna Broadcasting (OTC Bulletin Board: GECC) has reset the ownership determination date in a gratuity share dividend program announced yesterday. The Company notified NASDAQ at noon today of its election to proceed under a conventional NASDAQ dividend announcement and distribution program.

The original date establishing the share owners for the purpose of the gratuity was announced by the Company as July 8, 2002. The company filed an amended plan with NASDAQ which now sets the date for determination of ownership as Monday, July 22, 2002 at the close of the market. Shareholders who have already requested gratuity shares are unaffected by the amended plan, according to Company officials.

Golf's CEO Dr. Tim Brooker said the Company had planned to report the event on a form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission. "When we learned the NASDAQ filing procedure was already in place for a program such as this, we readily elected to use their notification process. It will greatly facilitate delivery of the gratuity shares to our shareholders. Initially, we thought their plan applied only to NASDAQ listed companies."

The Company still anticipates that settlement of the gratuity shares will be made on or before September 1, 2002.
