I remember when I was taken to hard task by someone here for suggesting that Arafat was a thief, and had to come up with some proof. Nadine segued with harder stuff than I had.

Interesting that W is saying these undiplomatic things--the French must be either giggling or astonished. Said must be cursing at W, inflamed at him for failing to understand the "complexities" and "subtleties" of the ME.

A thief is just a thief.
