Can you state for a fact that those funds were not used to support terrorism? I'll wager you can't. And the circumstances are such that my hoping the funds don't go to support terrorists or their actions doesn't seem such a wayward wish. Judging from your choice of expressions on this matter, a ventriloquist would have to be pretty hard up to want to work with an 'assistant' who is as big a knothead as you seem to be.
