If Senate passes bill, it just another nail in coffin of poster child of corporate executive foibles and greed, Dick Cheney. It will become plainly evident if Bush vetoes strong Congressional Bill that Cheney will become the pariah of the Republican party and Bush will have no other choice to distance himself from him -- small chance he goes down in history as another Spiro Agnew -- or Bush goes down with ship standing up for fatcats CEO's everywhere and big midterm Congressional election loss for party in power in White House.
