The stock was issued in 1992 at $10 .Its current nav is $9.34.The stock is thinly traded and thus avoided by large pension funds.The company is managed by the Mutual Trust Co of Canada.Call 1 416 598-2665 and ask for Cathy Bruce.They have no info on the internet .I have a few thousand shares.They invests in low risk residential morgages mostly in Southern Ontario.They have a policy of paying out all earnings as dividends thus they avoid paying income tax.
