The only people with any reason to upgrade a P3 PC in the next few years are those who edit multimedia files or who play 3D games. All others can keep their current system until it physically falls apart.

My living room TV was bought in 1989 and still works just fine... no reason why PC's should be any different now the technology has matured.

RIP Intel, Micron and the Naz.
