It's too bad Clinton didn't take him into custody when he was offered on a silver platter. Maybe 3000 people would still be alive. Maybe the markets would have recovered faster. Maybe people would be flying at the same ease they were a year ago. Maybe a lot of things, but Bush has to deal with the hand he inherited.
