They used to prefer "partnership". That form is pure comonizn. The idea is to throw everything in a pot and smart guys from universities decide who is worthy and who gets what from the dole out. That's pretty much what we have now and it ends up in bankruptcy. It does help to keep the worthy in power. Get out Vlad the Impaler, put some lipstick on him, and you have their new solution, stakeholder.
