I can answer that.........it's an old political trick. YOu vote for something that you know will be knocked out by some other arm of gov't so you can appear to be in favor of it. You aren't risking anything because you know the Not SO Supreme Court will throw it out and you will never have to live with the law. I"ll bet the court cases to challenge the law are already ready to go....no doubt about it...it'll never be inacted.
