That's exactly correct... clearing someone in an investigation is very different than exonerating someone... so if the allegations of an investigation are confirmed, then the person can be exonerated, but when the subject of an investigation is cleared, then in no way can this be construed as indicating that the person has been exonerated since there is nothing to exonerate... did you follow that? You really need to educate yourself on the fine points of logic before you continue making a mockery of yourself... is English your first language?
Now, as to your remarkable ability to read minds and foretell the future, can you present any credible evidence here to prove that you psychic visions are genuine and factual? Or are you just blowing smoke again?
