DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 1997--Curtis Mathes Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: CRTM) announced today that certain key members of its management team have increased their holdings of Curtis Mathes common stock.
As stated in the company's latest filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Patrick A. Custer, chairman and chief executive officer, increased his holdings by 66,000 shares, and now holds 2,327,215 shares of the company as beneficial owner. Custer purchased 16,000 shares in the open market, and exercised options for the remaining 50,000 shares. In addition, Neal J. Katz, director of investor relations, purchased 5,000 shares in the open market, thus increasing his beneficial ownership to 184,000 shares.
