Didn't have to convict Clinton. He admitted he lied to the American people. He was sanctioned and fined for misleading a federal court by submitting false affidavits and fasle testimony in a judicial proceeding. He surrendered his law license. His misuse of his office was obvious. The facts are in the public record.
