Probably shares given away to Crouch as a "good performance" gift. Or maybe it's Yahoo's DueDilligence, bailing on all those shares he's accumulated. Geeeeeeeeeze, the variety of bad jokes available boggles the mind. :-) (thanks for the heads up)
