ralph says the selling is incredible...he sees no signs of bottom, wants more bearish sentiment, a reaction low, a retest 6 weeks later and then he thinks it's a bottom similar to the 1987 double bottom with the retest months later but thinks it's late in the downtrend. closer to end than middle, but he thinks more coming, no tradeable rally for 1-2 months heavy program selling, a ton of it and he thinks there's heavy redemptions and margin selling going on he's seeing a little panic, cause people are losing capital not just profits
