SLGLF--scott, a trending stock can stay overbought a long time--indeed, the biggest moves often happen precisely when it is overbought. thus, imho, if one wishes to participate in these large moves fully, one needs more criteria for exiting than 'overbought' status. on the other hand, you made a nice profit and protected it--nothing wrong with that--congrats.
