we do not have capitulation on NASDAQ,imo, they are battling to get back and stabilize at 1337. i do not buy the rally here on NASDAQ, in my case, i think we have Houdini action. i am with techie NASDAQ will have at least break 1200 in my book. This could be the bounce though that can get longs out of their hole. max
