Currently, for over 90% of the land in Israel it is illegal to lease or sell it to a non-Jew That's obviously untrue -- if it were true already, there would be no point in trying to pass a law giving towns the right to discriminate against leasing state-owned land to Arabs. BTW, following the uproar, the government has tabled the attempt to pass the law. What percentage is for West Bank to sell it to Jew? Under PA law, it's not just illegal to sell land to Jews, it's a capital crime. This is never decried as racism, for reasons I am still trying to fathom -- best I can tell, Third-Worlders like Arabs are supposed to be incapabable of racism, which is a sin only Americans, Europeans and Israelis can commit.
