Again, aggression by trash-talking? Please. While saying those words (assuming you haven't fabricated them), Nasser was sending his VP to the US to work out a deal. That is why Israel struck when they did. They were afraid war might be averted, and panicked. As I said before, he had a reason to be pissed off after -- Israel's refusal to sign a peace treaty in 1952 -- Israel's planting bombs in Egypt in 1954 -- Israel's invasion of Egypt in 1956 -- the frequent intermittant aggressions Israel committed over the decades. After Israel launched a raid on the Sinai, killing many innocent civilians, and similar incidents with respect to Syria, Egypt was not happy. Tom
